Rob Quaile

Rob has recently joined the Ardent team bringing with him a wealth of experience and knowledge in development consultancy, land assembly, compulsory purchase and valuation advice (as a Registered Value) to both private and public sector clients, specialising in the Development and Regeneration sector.

Rob started his career as a solicitor specialising on qualification in commercial real estate and dispute resolution. He retrained as a surveyor and has previously held roles at Gerald Eve and CBRE.  Rob’s unique experience means that he is able to provide market-leading insight and advice, particularly in respect of projects with wide-ranging land assembly and valuation issues and complex legal agreements.
