Lottie is a Principal Consultant within the Planning and Engagement Directorate at Ardent. She brings almost seven years of international experience within the infrastructure industry, spanning both public and private sectors. Her focus centres on strategic consulting for major infrastructure projects, including HS2, with a strong emphasis on innovative communication and stakeholder engagement.

Lottie joined Ardent in 2023, helping drive the growth of the Planning & Engagement Directorate. She advocates for the use of creative communication strategies to effectively engage stakeholders, encourage participation in consultations, and drive positive results in these projects. Skilled in leveraging stakeholder feedback for decision-making, she ensures engagement is managed throughout the various stages of consent and required consultation, vital for the success in delivering major infrastructure projects.
