Kate Ramscar

Kate is the HR Manager for Ardent with responsibility for managing a team, delivering an end-to-end HR service to the business and driving the people agenda. Kate has a strong HR background having worked on and implemented a number of both operational and strategic HR and people-related initiatives. Kate is really passionate about people and HR, supporting people on their career journey by helping them reach their career ambitions, whilst balancing that against the needs of a growing business and providing the necessary structure, support and processes for the business and it’s people to grow.

Coming from a Corporate and Commercial background and having worked for both small and large organisations Kate has the skills and experience needed to adapt and evolve with the people profession and needs of a business. She is CIPD qualified and continues to show a keen interest in developing her HR knowledge, something that is critical to keep moving with the profession and to adapt to the ever-changing world we now live in.
