Jonathan Nesbitt

Jonathan is a principal surveyor in the Land Assembly Team. He has over 10 years of property experience ranging from residential management, residential valuations, development appraisals and Compulsory Purchase. Within Compulsory Purchase Jonathan has experience with CPO’s in the regeneration sector and DCO’s within the transport and utilities sector.

Jonathan specialises in landowner engagement, focusing on engaging early with affected parties to remove any stress or worry and to assist landowners with their requirements over the course of the project. He has experience with representing claimants and submitting objections to a CPO as well as representing the Acquiring Authority in the making of their CPO/DCO. This experience enables him to understand concerns from both sides of the table and resolve potential problems quickly and effectively.
