John is Head of Regeneration at Ardent with over 20 years of property experience, 15 of which were spent with CBRE, where he has focussed on major regeneration and infrastructure schemes.
John has advised developers, acquiring authorities and development corporations on major schemes in Croydon, Brentford, Gosport, Sheffield, Stratford, Northfleet, Stevenage, Birmingham, Slough, and Maidenhead.
John is a Chartered Surveyor and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is an elected national board member and the Honorary Secretary of The Compulsary Purchase Association and regularly lectures on compulsory purchase and compensation matters for commercial conference organisers.
