Charlotte Cook

Charlotte is the Senior Operations Coordinator within the Corporate Services Directorate. Based in our London Office, Charlotte supports the COO on Operational projects to help improve the business and provide the operational support needed on a day to day basis. Charlotte is passionate about Ardent and with a wide remit she is well placed to ensure the Operations team deliver what is needed to support their growth journey.

Having joined Ardent in April 2014 and with over 15 years’ experience working within Corporate Services sector, Charlotte is very familiar and experienced with what is required on an operational basis to support the future growth of Ardent. Charlotte previously fulfilled the role of HR & Operations Coordinator at Ardent, supporting the wider HR team and prior to that the role of Business Administrator & Office Manager.
