Charles Gregory

Charles has been working at Ardent for 5 years and is a surveyor in the Compensation Directorate.  Charles has been involved in a number of urban regeneration schemes in London and other cities throughout England.  His work currently focusses on infrastructure and renewable energy schemes, offering guidance to acquiring authorities on compensation exposure, preparing compensation cost estimates and negotiating claims with affected parties.

Charles qualified as a chartered surveyor having studied for a BSc in Rural Land Management at the Royal Agricultural College and spent six years in rural professional practice and estate management in south west and south east England.
