Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your attendance and participation in any event hosted by Ardent (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accepting an invitation to attend an event hosted by Ardent (the “Event”), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

  1. Attendance at our events is strictly by email invitation. Invitations are non-transferable and If you attempt to transfer your invitation or allow anyone else to attend in your place, your invitation may be revoked.
  2. Any booking amendments, attendee transfer suggestions or cancellations must be made by contacting comms@ardent-management.com.
  3. Delegates may be photographed at our events. By registering to attend, delegates consent for Ardent to use any photographs taken in future marketing collateral.
  4. No Unauthorized, photography, video recording, or audio recording at the Event is permitted unless explicitly authorized by Ardent.
  5. By registering to attend, you are providing explicit consent to:
    1. The collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This may include name, email address, and other information necessary for Event management.
    2. Receiving emails and/or SMS text messages relating to this event.
    3. Including your full name and organisation on the delegate list, which will be made available to those booked onto the same event.
    4. Bookings received within three days of an event may not be included on the delegate list.
  6. You agree to comply with any health and safety guidelines provided by Ardent for the Event, including any COVID-19 related protocols, if applicable.
  7. Ardent is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the Event. Please keep track of your personal items.
  8. It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to change the date, time, venue, content and speakers.
    1. If this event is cancelled we will transfer your booking to a similar event.
  9. Minimum delegate age 18 years (except where specified on event marketing material).
  10. Delegates will receive final event details by email 24 hrs prior to the event.
