Senior Associate Director, Land Referencing
Sukhdip is an Associate Director in Ardent’s Land Referencing Directorate and the Regional Lead for Land Referencing in London and the South-East. He has experience in a wide range of infrastructure and regeneration schemes across the country, acting for a variety of clients including regional and national organisations, providing advice on the end-to-end processes associated with Land Referencing and Land Access.
Sukhdip joined Ardent in 2018 from TerraQuest and has been instrumental in the growth of the Birmingham and London Land Referencing teams. He has supported and led the Land Referencing and Land Access on projects such as HS2 Phase 1 and 2, East West Rail Phase 3, M42 Junction 6, and Watford Business Park.
