Stuart Harradine

Stuart has over 10 years’ experience working on infrastructure projects including the promotion and implementation of Development Consent Orders, Transport and Works Act Orders and Compulsory Purchase Orders.

Stuart has worked for private and public sectors as well as Utilities (Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water) where he has obtained significant experience in compulsory purchase & compensation, order implementation, land referencing, land assembly, valuation, landowner engagement and estate management. Stuart has experience in preparation and submission of written and oral evidence having acted as Expert Witness at Arbitration, and preparation of statements of case, statements of agreed facts and expert reports for the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber).  

Stuart is a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) with over twelve years post qualification experience. Stuart is also an RICS Registered Valuer, and member of the Compulsory Purchase Association.
