Steve is the Managing Director of Land Assembly. As a Chartered Surveyor, he has over 18 years’ property experience within the infrastructure and development sectors. Steve leads the land assembly of projects on behalf of Acquiring Authorities and has experience in all facets of Compulsory Purchase. He deals with all aspects of infrastructure projects, from the promotion of Transport & Works Act Orders, CPOs and Development Consent Orders to the implementation of compulsory powers and settling of compensation claims.
Steve is skilled at engaging those affected by the schemes on behalf of the Acquiring Authority and is experienced in reaching agreements with landowners during the promotion of Compulsory Acquisition powers. He also has significant knowledge in settling compensation claims.
