Serena Leach

Serena is an Associate Director within the Compensation Directorate at Ardent. A qualified surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer with over 8 years of experience. Serena possesses strong and varied experience having worked across the Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, Residential Development and Rural sectors.

Prior to joining Ardent, Serena worked for Carter Jonas where she predominantly acted for promoters of major schemes, providing property cost estimate advise to aid route selection as well as negotiating land acquisition through to project delivery and any compensation matters. She also carried out valuations for both private and public sector clients including energy assets, land and residential property. Key clients Serena worked with included Network Rail, High Speed 2 and National Highways.

Having joined Ardent in 2023, Serena’s experience supports the delivery of a number of infrastructure projects, including West Yorkshire Mass Transit, East West Rail and York Outer Ring Road to name a few.
