Sean Collins-Jones

Sean is a Chartered Surveyor within our Land Assembly directorate. Sean began his career in commercial property where he acted for a variety of commercial Landlords & Tenants and was able to provide strategic advice regarding commercial acquisitions and disposals, general commercial agency, areas of valuation, Landlord & Tenant matters, site appraisals and investment analysis.

He then went on to work for one of the UK’s largest water companies where he worked on large scale capital projects and was able to lead and advise project teams on matters such as: areas of compensation, site appraisals, financial forecasting, serving of notices, securing land on a temporary basis, valuation of land, CPO of land, landowner liaison, matters of reinstatement and acquisition strategies.

Due to Sean’s varied experience within commercial property and the utility sector he is well placed to lead and provide support to project teams regarding all land matters in connection with CPO & DCO schemes.
