Chief Executive Officer
Richard is the Chief Executive Officer of Ardent and has over twenty years of experience in land assembly for major projects. A Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, he has supported the promotion and implementation of over 20 Transport & Works Act Orders and over 10 Development Consent Orders.
Richard has considerable experience in major projects and draws on this experience to provide management consultancy services and strategic advisory services to clients.
Richard is also an experienced Expert Witness, with a particular strength in the preparation and submission of written and oral evidence for public inquiries and DCO Issue Specific Hearings.
