Phillip Alliston

Phillip is a Chartered Surveyor and a Fellow Member of the RICS with over 30 years’ experience in compulsory purchase and compensation.

Since joining Ardent at the beginning of 2020, in the Land Assembly Team, Phillip has worked on a number of DCO’s, in different sectors road, rail and solar, with involvement throughout the DCO project lifecycle, including strategy, survey access, landowner engagement and examination.

Before joining Ardent, Phillip worked in house at the Environment Agency heading up the Southeast Estates Team with a strong emphasis on delivering land agency services for all Flood Defence projects, both in rural and urban settings, using CPO, DCO and statutory powers.

Phillip is part of the Utilities, Power and Environment Team and works with Nick Dexter.
