Nick Rushton

Nick is a Chartered Surveyor and Director and Head of Infrastructure Compensation based in London. He specialises in Compulsory Purchase and Compensation acting for acquiring authorities and claimants.

He began his career at Knight Frank outside of London where he acted predominantly for claimants affected by High Speed 2 and has spent the last five years working for Deloitte in their Compulsory Purchase team. Most recently his work has focused on acting on behalf of acquiring authorities such as High Speed 2, the Greater London Authority and developers such as Berkeley Homes.
