Kieran Craddock

Kieran is a Principal Consultant in Ardent’s Land Referencing Directorate based in London with 6 years’ experience in managing Land Referencing projects for a variety of infrastructure, regeneration and energy projects. Joining Ardent as Graduate in 2018, his experience ranges across several DCO and CPO projects from pre- to post-consent stages, and he now leads a team of referencing staff in London. He has played an integral role in the continued growth of the London Land Referencing team.

Kieran has led the land referencing on a number of nationally significant projects including the Sizewell C Project and A12 to A120 Widening, successfully navigating complex requirements and deadlines through Examination, and now leads the referencing team on several renewable energy projects including Botley West Solar Farm, Xlinks Morocco-UK Power Project and JBM (RWE) Solar Schemes. His experience also includes advising severalclients on regeneration schemes in London and the South-East, including LB Hackney, LB Hounslow, LB Richmond-upon-Thames, Kent County Council, Milton Keynes City Counciland Woking Borough Council.
