James Dickson

James is an experienced senior project management professional with over 25 years’ experience in construction and property.  He has acted for developers/promoters, clients, consultants, and contractors through all stages of projects.  This breadth of experience allows him to successfully transition matters across stages and create collaborative cross discipline teams, resulting in a smooth handover to new incumbents and end clients.  His experience covers highways, tunnels, wastewater, rail, mixed use, residential, retail and industrial. James is experienced in the whole lifecycle of DCO projects having PM’d in the promotion, examination, delivery and handover stages, on projects like Tideway, A428 and Lower Thames Crossing.
