Ian Miles

Ian is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Expert Witness with over 30 years’ property experience. He has worked on the sale/lease of the former South Staffs Railway Line to the West Midlands Combined Authority for a new tram line. Ian has also acted on behalf of Network Rail. Acting for a University on a Transport and Works Act Order scheme against Network Rail at a city station to ensure the University is fully compensated for any losses. Providing DCO advice on an NSIP highways scheme to a charity to ensure the charities is not disrupted during the construction. Advising Oxfordshire County Council on a number of compulsory purchase schemes for major highway improvements throughout Oxfordshire.
