Hugo Rawstorne

Hugo is a Chartered Surveyor with over 15 years’ experience in the property sector working in project delivery. Hugo joined Ardent in 2022 from the Environment Agency where he was Estates Lead on the RTS DCO Project. Hugo spent 5 years working in the Thames Estuary. Prior to this he worked as a commercial property surveyor in consultancy.

Hugo is currently engaged on the A12 DCO consultation and has also worked on a wide variety of property interests and issues at the Environment Agency from drafting asset management plans instructed to delivery of record of condition and boundary dispute work.  Hugo has experience of managing the property risks associated with programme, property cost estimate, land take and consenting authorities. Hugo has excellent understanding of the Statutory Powers collaborating with Consenting Authorities and delivering for people and communities.
