Senior Associate Director

Graeme joined Ardent in 2024 as one of the senior members of the team in Ireland.  He is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, with experience in advising clients on compensation, valuation, and acquisition of land across the transport, utilities, and renewable energy sectors.
 
Prior to joining Ardent, Graeme worked for Land & Property Services for 12 years, leading a regional team in Northern Ireland offering valuation advice to public bodies, and guidance to acquiring authorities on compensation for compulsory acquisition, and negotiating claims with affected landowners.  He also led the LPS Utilities & Specialist Properties team, with an expertise in complex valuations for rating purposes, including renewables and utility networks.  He was part of the Joint Professional Institutions’ Rating Valuation Forum, involved in updating the Guidance note for the Receipts and Expenditure Method of Valuation for Non-Domestic Rating.
 
Previously also a surveyor with CBRE, Graeme also has extensive experience in commercial property, including on landlord and tenant, valuation, and business tenancy matters.
 
Since joining Ardent, Graeme has been focussed on helping to develop our establish client base in Ireland, collaborating with new and existing partners to grow our team across the island.  He has worked with a wide range of key clients in the public and private sector, including Translink (NI Railways), NIE Networks, SONI, the Department for Infrastructure, Invest NI, and numerous local authorities.
