Elliot is a compulsory purchase and land assembly surveyor in Ardent’s Land Assembly directorate based in London. Elliot has promoted a number of DCOs, including for National Highways road improvement schemes and he is currently leading on delivering land rights for sections of National Grid’s electricity transmission network. Elliot also has expert witness experience, having given written and oral evidence at Public Inquiry.
Prior to Ardent, Elliot worked client side on major infrastructure projects including Crossrail and Heathrow Expansion where he was responsible for acquiring the land required for the respective projects.
