Dimitris Themistocli

Dimitris is a Principal Surveyor within the Compensation Directorate and joined Ardent in 2019. He is currently involved in a number of regeneration schemes across the country. He also acts on behalf of claimants who are affected by regeneration and infrastructure schemes. He is particularly skilled in landowner and occupier engagement, acquiring properties via private treaty negotiations, agreeing option agreements, CPO and landlord and tenant to secure vacant possession for his promotor clients.

Dimitris, a Chartered Surveyor, brings a wealth of expertise to his clients, honed through a diverse career spanning acquisitions, property and estate management. Starting with one of the UK’s largest retailers, Dimitris gained invaluable experience in navigating the complexities of leasehold and freehold acquisitions and disposals, lease renewals, rent reviews, and valuations for both residential and commercial properties. This breadth of knowledge allows him to approach each client’s needs with a comprehensive understanding of property matters.
