Chris Tooth

Chris is a Chartered Civil Engineer and an experienced Senior Project Manager who is approaching 30 years’ experience working in the UK Civil Engineering industry, predominantly working on large highway infrastructure projects and frameworks.

Chris brings with him a wealth of experience working in and leading multi-discipline teams taking projects from feasibility, through options appraisal, orders and applications, business cases, and procurement to construction. Chris’s insight is drawn from his previous experience with client, consultant, and contractor organisations, giving him a great appreciation of the challenges each faces.

Much of his recent career has been spent supporting clients prepare Development Consent Order (DCO) applications, taking them through examination, and enabling start of work by discharging requirements.
