Chis Sim

Chris is a Principal Consultant with 6 years’ experience of land referencing, originally based in London before moving to the Warrington office. Chris has an MSc in Real Estate and MSci in Geology and is currently working towards his APC. Since joining Ardent, Chris has managed a variety of CPO, DCO & TWAO projects regionally and nationally covering the promotion and implementation of Compulsory Purchase Orders, Transport and Works Act Orders and Development Consent Orders, which are both Pre and Post-Consent. Chris works closely with many organisations including; TfL Silvertown Tunnel, National Highways – A66 Northern Trans Pennine, Birkenhead regeneration & MetroWest Phase 1.

Chris is an integral part in the continued growth of the Warrington Land Referencing team.
