Carl Weaver

Carl is the Chief Operating Officer at Ardent, and a Chartered Manager and PRINCE2 Practitioner with extensive experience in the leadership, management, and implementation of major, multi-disciplinary, high-profile infrastructure projects across the UK. Complimentary to his leadership and project management skills, Carl brings a detailed technical understanding of the application of best practice land referencing processes having led delivery teams on East-West Phase 3, High Speed 2 Phase 2b, Thames Tideway Tunnel, and M42 Junction 6 Improvements over the last 20 years.

Using his background in Geographical Information Systems, Carl provides technical guidance and support to Ardent’s GIS and Software Development team (AGI), including the development of Ardent’s bespoke database for managing data on infrastructure projects, Atlas.
