Andrew Wilcock

Andrew has 15 years’ experience in valuation and is a member of the RICS and a Registered Valuer. He has advised clients in both private and public sector, with particular emphasis on asset valuation and more recently, infrastructure projects. Clients have included the London Borough of Camden, HS2 (High Speed Two) Ltd and National Highways.
Currently, Andrew’s work is focused on providing acquisition advice to HS2 Phase 2a (Birmingham – Crewe) and 2b (Crewe -Manchester).
Andrew spent the majority of his career, prior to Ardent, at Valuation Office Agency and Lambert Smith Hampton. Andrew joined the Ardent team in 2021 and is working with Nick Rushton.
