Welcome to the team Jacqui!

Ardent are delighted to welcome Jacqui Stoddart to the team as a Director.

Jacqui has over 19 years experience as a chartered surveyor and agricultural valuer working predominantly in the utilities sector where she provided both technical and policy advice. Joining us from National Grid as senior surveyor in the major infrastructure development team she has led the lands element of NSIP’s including North West Coast Connection, Shetland Link and North Wales Connection.

Jacqui has also previously acted as regional surveyor for the Country Landowners Association CLA where she provided advice to the members on a range of rural issues including compulsory purchase for both developers and affected parties and has been involved in commenting on and drafting policy and strategy.

Alongside heading up the Leeds office, Jacqui will be growing, developing and promoting project land agency services to complement our established land referencing team.
