Silvertown Tunnel Update

The TfL (Transport for London) Silvertown Project Team is celebrating the close of the DCO Examination in Public, which concluded in April 2017. Ardent acted as the land and property Expert Witness and as Case Managers in negotiating and settling agreements to mitigate the concerns of the major landowners.

Ardent is now advising the Project Team in relation to the implementation of the DCO and is supporting the procurement of the PFI contractor that will ultimately design, build and maintain this exciting new crossing in east London. Construction of the £700m scheme is currently programmed to commence in 2019 and be open to the public in 2023.
