Introducing Viki James

It gives us great pleasure to announce that Viki James has today joined the Ardent Team as a Director.  Joining us from Transport for London, Viki is an experienced Senior Project Manager leading TWAO, DCO and other consents for Bank Station Upgrade, Silvertown Tunnel, Camden, Holborn, Victoria and Elephant & Castle station upgrades within the Major Projects Directorate.

Viki has been instrumental in setting up teams, procuring contractors and resources, leading and delivering consultation, stakeholder engagement and legal agreements. She brings a unique insight having managed the whole project lifecycle from inception to construction delivery, being equally at home on site or in the office!

Viki will be working alongside Richard Caten to use her experience to help support clients at the early stages of projects in setting up the team and processes, and then working with that team to deliver the project from a seconded client or project leadership position. More exciting updates will be released in due course on what this added dimension will bring to our existing business structure.
