Introducing Consents Management Consultancy

We’re excited to announce the launch of Ardent’s most recent service – our Consents Management Consultancy (CMC) – set up to support the integration and management of consents and land into the delivery of complex infrastructure projects.

Ardent has a successful history, spanning 25 years, in securing consents and land for a variety of clients across a range of sectors. We frequently find that organisations across the project value chain assume that land and consents acquisition is a discreet activity, requiring specialist advice as and when its needed. But this approach can create substantial challenges as the project progresses. Examples include:
