Ardent measures world’s largest 3D painting

At Ardent, we are used to instructions relating to the processes of Land Assembly and Compulsory Purchase.

Our staff can speak till they’re blue in the face about Compulsory Purchase Orders, Development Consent Orders, Transport and Works Act Orders and the intricacies of Land Assembly and Compulsory Purchase.

One of the most unusual instructions we’ve ever received though was to measure the worlds largest anamorphic (3D) painting for Guinness World records

Created by artist Joe Hill in November 2011 and measuring a massive 1160.45 sqm, the paining at West India Quay near our Canary Wharf offices was measured by Principal Surveyor Dan Knowles and Senior Surveyor Peter Gibbard.
