Award time for Ardent and the East West Rail (EWR) Lands Team!

At the EWR virtual Christmas party, the EWR Lands Team won the ‘Be the Customer’ award for their work supporting landowners during the development the EWR Phase 3 project. This award was a great symbol of the benefits of collaboration across many disciplines and skillsets, and was in recognition of a strong team effort across EWR Co and Ardent, supported by other partners.

Ardent have been involved in a considerable range of activities to date on the project; including securing access for surveys, engaging with potentially affected land interests on the draft proposals, responding to questions, developing and obtaining agreement on policies to manage our impact, advising the internal teams on land ownership, impacts and costs; as well as working with and supporting the digital team.

All in all, it was an honour and a privilege to be part of the team that received the award.
