Ardent re-appointed on LUL’s Northern Line Extension

Ardent has been re-appointed by London Underground on its Northern Line Extension project.  Ardent will assist in implementing powers to acquire the land required and provide CPO advice.  Ardent was previously appointed to undertake land referencing and produce application documents for the TWAO, carry out objection management and act as Expert Witness at the Public Inquiry.  More recently we have been liaising with landowners regarding Settlement Deeds.
